Simple Elegance is a Home Staging and Interior Design firm operating in the Greater Houston Area.  We have been in business since 2010. 

We specialize in professionally preparing homes, vacant or occupied, for the market place to get top dollar in the quickest amount of time on the market.

We also serve home owners with interior decorating services including Hunter Douglas Shutters, Shades, and Blinds, Custom Window Treatments and Accessories, Re-upholstering, Color Consultations, Design & Redesign Services.  In addition, we specialize in Senior Relocation and assist our clients from deciding what will be moved, packing, and moving to their new home along with getting their new house all set up.

Simple Elegance understands that the Real Estate/Home Staging Industry and Interior Design Business are continually changing and as a company, we are always evolving to stay current with modern trends, to give the best advice to our clients.

What sets us apart from our competitors is the fact that our team of home stagers are Accredited Staging Professionals (ASP’s) trained through stagedhomes.com.  Stagedhomes.com was begun by Barb Schwarz, the Creator of the Home Staging Movement.  The owner, Mary Scalli, is also an Accredited Staging Professional Master trained personally by Barb Schwarz.  She is also a Luxury Staging Specialist and Senior Relocation Specialist.  In addition several of the team members are Buyers Trends Specialist including Mary.  Simple Elegance is also a part of the International Association of Home Staging Professionals (IAHSP), Home Staging & Redesign Association, Womens’ Council of Realtors Great Northwest (WCRGNW), Greater Houston Builders Association (GHBA), and HAR.com.  Mary is the Southern Regional Director as well for IAHSP as well as holds the Treasurer Chair for the Greater Houston IAHSP chapter.  Simple Elegance is also a Gold Star BBB Member.  In addition, we also have a Hunter Douglas Certified Specialist on the team. 

To ensure we are always on trend, we attend several furniture markets each year including Las Vegas Market and High Pointe Market and have several relationships with great vendors.

Our team prides themselves on providing excellent customer service by listening to each client’s individual needs and budget.  Our company is based on our Christian values and we joy in sharing God’s love with our clients through our work ethic and integrity.

The team at Simple Elegance also believes strongly in giving back to our community.  We participate annually in IASHP World Wide Staging Week.  Several of our team members work with the homeless and also foster children aging out of the foster care system.  In addition, we serve on committees with WCR and the GHBA to raise money for charities as well as education.
